Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our order cut-off for same day dispatch is 10am.

United Kingdom

  • All UK orders are shipped on an Express service with DHL.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 working days.


United States 

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express or Global Priority Post.

  • Estimated delivery within 2-4 days.

  • All USA orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all import duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


European Union & Rest of World

  • Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Global Priority Post, depending on destination and order value.

  • DHL Express: Typically 2–3 working days.

  • Global Priority Post: Delivery times vary by destination (usually 3–7 working days).

  • Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and handling fees may be applied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
