To return a product you must do so by post or courier within 100 days of receiving the goods, or of the day our carrier indicates you received the goods. We will refund you in full via the original payment method used.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS*

For International Returns you are responsible for paying the return delivery and associated customs and/or duties fees.

We recommend that you:

  • use an insured shipping method
  • mark the parcel ‘return of merchandise‘ to avoid overcharged customs fees
  • retain proof of postage

RETURN SHIPPING DELAYS

If you experience any delays or issues with the shipment of your return, please contact the courier that you selected to process your return shipment. We are unable to assist regarding any delays or advise regarding customs relating to your returned parcels.

Please note that if your selected courier advises that customs fees are due prior to delivery of your return, this indicates that the customs documentation accompanying your returned parcel may be incorrect. The contents should be marked as ‘return of merchandise‘ to avoid excessive customs fees. Please contact your courier to resolve any shipment or customs issues.

*Any original shipping fees applied to purchases for the dispatch of orders are non-refundable where orders have been successfully delivered.

Discount vouchers

Where e-vouchers or gift vouchers have been used as tender for an order (whether in whole or in part), any item that is returned within that order will be refunded first in e-vouchers to the same value that was originally spent in e-vouchers or gift vouchers. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the payment card.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after the 100 day period, we reserve the right to deny you a refund. We will instead either provide you with an e-voucher to the value of the goods or return your purchase to you, and charge you the applicable delivery fee.

Promotional discounts

In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

Care of our goods

Whilst inspecting the goods you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them, therefore please ensure that you do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them. When trying on the items please avoid make up, fragrance or lotions coming into contact with the item. Due to the intimate nature of briefs, they can only be returned for a refund if they have not been worn.

You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging (including tags) along with the item/s you wish to return.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right to deduct from the refund any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

Please note:
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Our Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.

Returns outside of returns period

If you return your purchase outside of the period outlined above we reserve the right not to offer you a refund and instead provide you with an e-voucher to the value of the goods.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to our extremely efficient dispatch times, please note that goods will have most likely already been dispatched by the time we receive a cancellation request. Cancellations can therefore usually only be completed once the goods have been returned to us in a resalable condition.

If you have placed a back-order or pre-order which you would like to cancel, please contact support@katherinehamilton.com and our customer care team will be happy to assist you.

EXCHANGES

The fulfillment centre who manages KH Lingerie Ltd orders are unfortunately unable to process exchanges.

To choose a different size we advise returning your order and placing a new order for the new size that you would like for a much swifter means of finding the perfect fit. 

If an item is faulty however, please contact support@katherinehamilton.com to arrange for a replacement.
