Care of our goods

Whilst inspecting the goods you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of them, therefore please ensure that you do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them. When trying on the items please avoid make up, fragrance or lotions coming into contact with the item. Due to the intimate nature of briefs, they can only be returned for a refund if they have not been worn.

You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging (including tags) along with the item/s you wish to return.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right to deduct from the refund any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return a product you must do so by post or courier within 28 days of receiving the goods, or of the day our carrier indicates you received the goods. We will refund you in full via the original payment method used.

If you return your purchase after this period you may exchange the item for other merchandise or a Katherine Hamilton Intimates e-voucher to the value of the item.

All UK returns are free using the free returns label enclosed in each order.

Returns instructions

  1. complete the returns & exchanges form enclosed with your purchase
  2. detach the returns & exchanges form
  3. place the returns & exchanges form with the returned item(s) in the original packaging and securely seal
  4. Send the goods using the UK free returns label supplied*
    * if returning from overseas you are responsible for paying for returns delivery and customs and/duty fees
  5. Retain proof of postage

Where e-vouchers or gift vouchers have been used as tender for an order (whether in whole or in part), any item that is returned within that order will be refunded first in e-vouchers to the same value that was originally spent in e-vouchers or gift vouchers. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the payment card.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after the 28 day period, we reserve the right to deny you a refund. We will instead either provide you with an e-voucher to the value of the goods or return your purchase to you, and charge you the applicable delivery fee.

Promotional discounts
In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

Please note:
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Our Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.

International returns

To return a purchase from outside of the UK you must do so by post or courier within 28 days from the day you receive the goods, or of the day our carrier indicates you received the goods.

You are responsible for paying the return delivery and customs charges and/or duty fees.

We recommend that you use an insured shipping method and retain proof of postage.

Returns outside of returns period

If you return your purchase outside of the period outlined above we reserve the right not to offer you a refund and instead provide you with an e-voucher to the value of the goods.

EXCHANGES

Products may only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same garment.

You will not be charged for the delivery of the replacement order.

You are responsible for paying the returns delivery and customs charges and/or duty fees. We will cover the delivery charges for one replacement order.
Any subsequent exchange deliveries will carry our worldwide shipping fee of £5.95
