Placing an order
If you wish to cancel or amend you order please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to action your request. We cannot however guarantee that we can cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.
If you have received your order and you wish to return or exchange it please refer to the Returns & Exchanges slip enclosed with your order.
Please ensure that you are entering the billing address that is registered with your bank. If your payment is still not being accepted please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to resolve the issue please contact us and we will make every effort to assist.

Shopping Our Products
If an item you want is out of stock, please contact us and we can advise when it will be back in stock on our online shop and we can refer you to our stockists who may have it in stock.

When completing the delivery information at the checkout, ensure that you put the recipients address as the delivery address. The invoice for the order will be dispatched to the billing address and the order will be dispatched to the delivery address.
All orders are enclosed in a complimentary gift box.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club International.
We also accept payment with Bosom Galore and Katherine Hamilton Intimates gift and e-vouchers.
An adult signature is required upon delivery if you have opted for UK Special Delivery or International Signed and Tracked. All orders are delivered by Royal Mail, If no one is available to sign for the delivery the driver will leave a note and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office for you to collect.
Returns & Exchanges
We endeavour to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. You will receive an email notification to confirm when we have received and processed your return.
The original delivery charge for the delivery of your order and any costs incurred in the return of your order is not refundable.
